Venue Hire at The Etches Collection
Meetings, Events, Corporate hire…
The Etches Collection is set in an unrivalled locaton in the heart of the Dorset countryside with stunning views of the sea, we lie at the gateway to the coast and are just a short walk from Kimmeridge Bay.
On the upper ground floor is our Clore Room which is also the Kimmeridge Village Hall. The Clore Room can accommodate 110 seated or 220 standing and is designed both for learning and as a space for a multitude of other activities, ranging from lectures and conferences to social events. With a large south-facing covered balcony and magnificent views down to Kimmeridge Bay, this is the perfect place as a break-out area for lunch, or to relax during your event or meeting. Modern style tables and chairs are available for use and the room can be set up as a lecture room, as a learning space, or in a banquet format. The wooden sprung floor makes the room an ideal venue for social events. There is also a wet area and sink available for use, together with a kitchenette equipped with fridge and microwave. The room can be blacked out and a large projector screen is available for use together with impressive audio-visual facilities. There is full disabled access and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Hire of the rooms is available between 10am-5pm and evening hire can also be arranged. Hire may be limited from March to October as this is our peak operating season, however if you are looking to hold an event in conjunction with the museum then options outside of these hours may be available.
